Additional Worship & Spirituality Opportunities

While we look forward to seeing you for Friday Night and Saturday Morning services and programming, we hope you’ll join us at these additional prayer and spiritual opportunities!

Seudah Sh’leesheet

The first Shabbat of every month, this service begins two hours prior to the prescribed time for Havdalah. It includes Mincha, Maariv, and a Seudah (a festive meal). Ending with Havdalah, it is the perfect way to say goodbye to Shabbat and begin the new week.

Daily Minyan

Daily Minyan services are held in the Kurland Family Chapel, Monday through Thursday at 7:15 p.m. On Sunday, minyan is held at 9:00 a.m., and conducted with tallit and tefillin. All those in the community who desire to say daily prayers, or need or want to recite Kaddish are welcome. All Congregants are asked to attend two daily minyan services per year.

High Holy Days

Memorable. Spiritual. Moving. Led by our Rabbis and Cantors, and supported by the Temple Aliyah choir, our beautiful High Holy Day services blend the traditional and the modern. We accommodate all of our members by holding two services (on the first day of Rosh Hashanah, Kol Nidre and Yom Kippur) — In addition, we offer Family Services and Children’s and Teen worship experiences.

Jewish Holidays

Read about the history, halacha, symbolism and customs regarding each holiday, as well as the services we offer.

Torah Readers & Minyan Leaders

We are always looking for Torah Readers and Minyan Leaders. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact Hazzan Mimi Haselkorn at HazzanMimi@templealiyah.org.
