Registration & Form

2012/13 Religious School Electronic Registration



Mac Users:

  1. In order to register electronically, you must install the free Adobe Reader X on your computer.  The built-in Mac PDF Preview will allow you to see our registration form and to enter data, but it will not allow you to submit the information to us.  Click one of the following links for instructions on how to install Adobe Reader X.  Be certain to print out the instructions so you can have a hard copy for your reference.
    I use a Mac, and Firefox is my web browser
    I use a Mac, and Safari is my web browser
  2. Make sure that you also have Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer.  If you don’t, you can click here to download it.
  3. Print the Religious School Registration Instructions by clicking here.
  4. AFTER COMPLETING STEPS 1-3, click here to bring up the Online Registration Form.

Windows PC Users:

  1. Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader and Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer.
    If you need an updated version of Adobe Reader, you can download it by clicking here.
    If you need an updated version of Adobe Flash Player, you can download it by clicking here.
  2. Print the Religious School Registration Instructions by clicking here.
  3. AFTER COMPLETING STEPS 1-2, click here to bring up the Online Registration Form.
